You will need to confirm during your enrolment that you have read and understood these.
This is an outline of expectations during the training.
This is only if you don’t already have a USI. A USI is a Unique Student Identifier, which you’re likely to have if you’re currently a student.
Make sure to scan or take a photo of the signed documents ready to upload during enrolment!
Prepare
As you complete the enrolment form, which mostly asks for basic information, you will need to verify your identity with clear scans or photos of the following:
• Your Driver’s License
• Your Medicare Card
• Your passport or depending on your visa status, your VISA classification.
