That’s great, you are almost there!

To drive for Amazon Flex in NSW, you are required to complete Bluecard training before you are able to accept a delivery block, unless you already have a valid Bluecard. If you already have a valid bluecard, click here.

Amazon Flex will pay the full cost of the training which is run by our training partner Academy Green and usually costs $250. You will even earn while you learn - we’ll pay you a minimum of $154* for your time to complete it, which will take approximately four hours. You will be paid for your time once you have completed the training and completed your first delivery block for Amazon Flex.
In NSW, Bluecard is a requirement in the transport industry which means you will need to complete the training before you are able to accept a delivery block with Amazon Flex. If you don't live in NSW, you do not need to complete this training.

Under the Amazon Flex Independent Contractor Terms of Service, you are required to ensure you hold all licenses, authorisations and other permits necessary to perform the Services and to comply with applicable laws. With safety being of the highest priority, this means Amazon deliver drivers should meet or exceed the standards required for the region in which they operate.

We will help you attain this by covering the cost of both the training and your time spent taking the training (unless you already have a valid Bluecard, then you will not need to resit the training).
We have a training partner called Academy Green who will support you on your training journey.
