Getting started with your Bluecard training
How do I book Bluecard training?
We have a training partner called Academy Green who will support you on your training journey. To register for online or in-person training, simply register via the “Register for the training” button above.
I would like to take the training. Do I need to pay for the training?
No, Amazon will cover the cost of the training with Academy Green and also pay you for your time. As the training takes 4 hours, we will pay you the equivalant of a 4 hour block. This will be a one-off minimum payment of $146* and will be sent to you upon completion of the training and after you have driven your first block.
How will they know that I am an Amazon Flex driver?
Quote the Amazon code stated in your Bluecard email when registering for the training and use the email address that you signed up to Amazon Flex with. This will help Academy Green identify that you are an Amazon Flex delivery partner and ensure that you qualify for the $146* minimum payment for your time spent undertaking the training.
How long is the training?
The time expected to complete the training is approximately 4 hours. We will pay you for 4 hours of your time (minimum of $146*, which is equivalent to a 4 hour block in New South Wales). This payment will be made once you have taken the training and completed your first delivery block as an Amazon Flex delivery partner.
Does the Bluecard expire?
The Bluecard is valid for 5 years. You might need to complete refresher training when your Bluecard expires.
* Deliver your first block to earn the following for completing Bluecard training; Sedan route $146, Large Passenger Vehicle route $150 and Cargo Van route $160.
