How much will I be paid?
The Bluecard training takes approximately 4 hours to complete, therefore we will pay you the equivalant of completing a 4 hour block. This will be a one-off additional payment of a minimum of $154* once you have completed the training and delivered your first block.
When will I be paid for taking the training?
Once you have completed the Bluecard training, you will be fully onboarded and be able to select your first delivery block. Once you have completed your first block with Amazon Flex, you will receive a one-off payment of a minimum of $154* for your time spent undertaking the training, alongside your first blocks earnings.

How long does it take to get paid for my time in taking the training?
Once you have been completely onboarded and driven your first block, you will receive your payment for time spent undertaking the training. Payment can take 7-10 business days. You'll see the adjustment in the Earnings section of the Amazon Flex app.
How do I prove I completed the training?
When you complete the training, Academy Green will email you a Bluecard number as well as a Certificate of Accreditation which proves that you have taken the training. Amazon Flex will also receive confirmation of your training.
*Deliver your first block to earn the following for completing Bluecard training; Sedan route $154, Large Passenger Vehicle route $159 and Cargo Van route $166.
