You must not leave packages in an unsecure location where they are at risk of being taken or damaged. If the Amazon Flex app instructs that the package is to be left in a locker, it must be left inside the locker. You must not deliver to a mailroom or leasing office without the customer requesting it or leave a package unattended unless the app instructions allow an unattended delivery.
You must scan and/or mark the status of all packages following the instructions in the app and ensure that the status you choose is accurate (e.g. you should only mark a package as “delivered to Recipient” if you handed the package to the recipient).
