With Amazon Flex Rewards, you have access to great rewards – like grocery discounts – to help you save money and time. Whether you want to make your earnings go further or gain access to more blocks that fit your schedule – it’s up to you.
Reserve your favourite blocks with Preferred Scheduling.
Preferred Scheduling is designed to give you access to more blocks that fit your schedule. Unlock Rewards Level 2 so you can set your preferred station, day of week and time of day in the Amazon Flex app. Then, you will start to see “Rewards reserved offers” on the Offers page when we have available offers that match one or more of your set preferences. As you level up, you are more likely to see a higher number of offers that match your preferences. Plus, you’ll have more time to schedule these Rewards reserved offers!

Save money with Amazon Flex featured discounts on groceries, shopping, popular technology brands and more through the free Onsi app.1
Access your discounts by visiting the Rewards Details page within Your Dashboard in the Amazon Flex app.
How the program works.
With Amazon Flex Rewards, if you have a standing of Fair or higher, you earn points by completing blocks and making deliveries per your commitments under the Flex Terms of Service. As you earn more points, you’ll level up and have access to new rewards associated with that level. And, you’ll be able to enjoy those rewards throughout the next points period. Whether it’s reaching a new level of rewards or simply maintaining the ones you’ve already enjoyed – it’s up to you.
Earn points by completing blocks and making deliveries.
You’ll earn one point per successful or attempted delivery and ten points per completed block. You gain access to Rewards Level 1 as soon as you complete one block.
Level up to unlock more rewards.
Once you earn enough points to level up, you gain access to more rewards. And with four levels, there’s always something new to access.
Enjoy rewards throughout the next points period.
Every three months, your points reset and a new points period begins. When you unlock a rewards level, you will be able to access the rewards offered in that level until the end of the following three-month points period.
Discounts offered are provided by Onsi and may change from time to time in accordance with the Amazon Flex Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Depending on the type of deal on offer, you will have the opportunity to either purchase a voucher at a discounted rate, be securely redirected to the deal partners’ site where you can complete your purchase, or be provided with a voucher code.

To access discounts, you must sign up and create an account on the Onsi app. Discounts offered are subject to availability, qualifying terms of applicable retailers and merchants, and may change from time to time in accordance with the Amazon Flex Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Membership is with Onsi, not Amazon, and is subject to the Onsi terms and conditions that can be found in the Onsi app.

2. Amazon.com.au Gift Cards are subject to the Amazon.com.au Gift Card Terms and Conditions found here. Each Amazon Flex delivery partner with an Onsi membership can buy up to $500 AUD of Amazon.com.au Gift Cards per month. Amazon.com.au Gift Cards will be delivered electronically.
