Vehicle options for delivering with Amazon Flex
Eligible delivery vehicles
There are three vehicle types that can be used to deliver packages for Amazon Flex in Australia: sedans, large passenger vehicles and cargo vans1.
You will need to select your delivery vehicle type in the Amazon Flex app during onboarding. Block length varies by vehicle type, and larger vehicles may require you to deliver more packages. See the descriptions below to learn more information, then visit our Vehicle Eligibility page to determine whether your vehicle qualifies for sedan, large passenger vehicle, or cargo van blocks. If your vehicle does not appear on that page, and is not a two-door passenger vehicle or truck or ute with an open bed or tray, then your vehicle qualifies for ‘sedan’ blocks.

Cargo vans
Cargo vans look similar to the images to the left and are vans that were manufactured without seats in the back of the vehicle.
Earnings: Minimum of $270* for an 8-hour block, including a 30-minute unpaid break
Large passenger vehicles
Large passenger vehicles are vehicles such as minivans, people movers and SUVs.
Earnings: Minimum of $180* for a 6.5-hour block, including a 30-minute unpaid break
Sedans
Sedan deliveries require a 4-door car that is large enough to safely carry you and your packages, such as a hatchback or estate car.
Earnings: Minimum of $118* for a 4-hour block
*Actual earnings may vary based on your location, actual block length and other factors. Blocks of 5 hours or more are inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid break. Further details provided within the app at block acceptance.
