Do you have a large van or cargo van without seats in the back? Be practical – put it to work and earn money by delivering Amazon packages. Cargo vans are designed purely for the carriage of goods, and can accommodate the most packages of all qualifying Amazon Flex delivery vehicles.
Cargo van delivery drivers nationally earn a minimum of $270* per 8-hour block, inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid break.
Does your delivery vehicle qualify as a cargo van?
Cargo vans look similar to the image to the right and have no seats in the back.
Some of the most common cargo vans people use to deliver with Amazon Flex include, but are not limited to: Volkswagen Transporter, Toyota HiAce, and Citroen Berlingo Dispatch.
How to select “cargo van” as your vehicle type during onboarding:
1. Download the Amazon Flex app.
2. Sign in to your Amazon account or create an Amazon account.
3. On the Mode of Transportation screen, select: Cargo Van
Note: Selecting the wrong mode of transportation may result in onboarding delays.
4. After completing the background check, you will receive an email requesting you to complete a survey. This is typically sent within 3 days of completing the background check. Completing this survey confirms your vehicle type, and is required to be eligible to start delivering with Amazon Flex.
Don't drive a van? We also accept sedans and large passenger vehicles to provide delivery services. Find out more in our Vehicle Types hub.
