Large Passenger Vehicles are vehicles such as SUVs, minivans or people movers, and have seats in the back. These vehicle types can usually transport 5+ passengers - perfect for earning a bit of spare cash delivering Amazon packages on a free weekend.

If your car does not appear in the calculator and is not an ineligible vehicle (two-door cars, and trucks or utes with open beds or trays are not able to deliver), then you should apply for Sedan blocks when you sign-up.

Got the right vehicle?
Eligible Large Passenger Vehicles are large vehicles that have seats in the back for passengers and are similar to the image to the left. For example, a Kia Carnival, Honda Odyssey or Nissan X-Trail.
These larger vehicles can deliver 6.5 hour blocks, inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid break, and nationally earn a minimum of $174* per block.

When you're ready to drive, simply download the Amazon Flex app to begin your registration. Make sure you select the 'Large Passenger Vehicle' delivery option alongside your city. We can then get you on the road and earning faster!
Signing up is easy.
To get started you will need a valid driver's licence, an eligible vehicle, and a smartphone.

What else do you need?
Be 20 years or older.
To drive for Amazon Flex you must be 20 years old or older. You must also have an Australian Business Number (ABN) which is a unique 11 digit number used to identify you and your business.

Have a full, unrestricted,
Australian driver’s licence
and the required insurance.
Amazon also provides additional coverage at no extra cost for the duration of your delivery block, however this only applies if you have Compulsory Third-Party (CTP) and a liability policy to cover third-party property damage. Visit the FAQ page to learn more.

How does Amazon Flex work?
First, you will reserve a
delivery block.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, created your account and passed your background check, you can look for delivery opportunities in the app that works for you. When you log in you will be able to search for available delivery blocks in your area. Plus, with every offer, you’ll see your expected earnings and how long your block is likely to take you to complete, so you know that your time on the road is well spent.
Next, you will make your deliveries.
On the day of your block, head to your designated Amazon location to pick up your packages. The app provides suggested navigation to get to the start location, although the route you take is up to you. The Amazon Flex app will then guide you as you scan each package and provide suggested navigation to each customer address. When you arrive and deliver the package to the customer, simply mark it as complete in the app and move on to the next delivery.
Lastly, simply get paid
and enjoy life!
Once your delivery block is complete, there’s nothing else for you to do but to get paid! Amazon Flex pays via direct deposit once a week, and you can track your payments in the Earnings section within the Amazon Flex app.
